State Trooper was on the side of the interstate behind the guard rails. You wouldn't see him until you pass him. I was ticketed going northbound into Kentucky. This is a highly rural area. And nothing around this area for miles. But there is cops around. I was ticketed going 82 in a 70. Be careful and especially if you have out of state plates.

Comment (11/2002): I must say there's many (traps) out there, but come on if I'm doing over 80 I expect a ticket, local or out of town.

Comment (7/2002): IF that is close to a military base,it always like that close to them ,it sure money. we have to pay or be punished again by the military service also.

Comment (3/2003): I personally live in campbell, it is enforced very heavily patroled from ky. line,all the way south to knoxville. have been ticketed many times for 4 over the limit.
