They pulled me over for going 37 in a 35. The fine was way too much and possibly not legal($75 for each mph over the limit+ another $100 dollars in fines for no apparent reason) Then 2 years later they send me a notice saying that I have another ticket and that I owe another $280.00 . Which is funny since I have only been through Arp one time in my life . The Judge could not show any proof of the other ticket but still insisted that I the fine . Arp is a total scam . Avoid the place at all cost.

Comment (12/2004): ah ,State Highway 64, we have one of those in Illinois, it's called North Avenue, which takes you to the beach in Chicago

Comment (3/2006): It's possible that area has been cleaned up and the problem solved. The whole Arp police force was indited on fraud and other charges. I drove through there every morning and evening for months and saw cop cars every where, now I almost never see one.
