northbound on TX 20, it is a tease outside of the El Paso city limit when the speed limit goes up to 55 for a short distance, about no more than half a mile, then right away it goes down to 45 and 35 coming into Canutillo. In Anthony, the speed limit drops from 55 to 45 then 35 just near the first stoplight. El Paso County Police patrol this area during the day and late night.
