Between 360 and Westlake Dr. If you are going from 360 toward Mopac, the speed limit goes from 45 to 35...and it's at the bottom of a hill. I don't know where they sit because I've never seen where they come from - they are just suddenly THERE. I see people getting pulled over who are behind me, and I've been stopped once. If you are going even 3 mile over the speed limit, they will ticket. That's what happened to me. When I asked if they can ticket for such a low difference, the officer said that they do it all the time - and anyone can contest it, but the likelihood that the ticketed driver will do that is slim. So DON'T speed. I live near the 360 junction and I hear sirens going off almost hourly.

Comment (3/2006): Actually it goes from 45 to 40, past the Elementary school and it does not change to 35mph until you are right at Westlake drive. They park right around the bend past where the speed limit changes to 40, sometimes they hide on a side street. Bottom link I always mind my speed when going through there. They are much worse at night than during the day.
