Several Police Officers will stand on the overpass (Green Oaks Blvd.) with radar while anywhere from 6-8 motorcycle cops will actually issue the citation. Watch your speed here because these officers are serious, Hwy 360 has heavy traffic daily and there is little to no tolerance!

Comment (3/2003): Watch for officers dressed as construction workers in road construction areas using laser to catch speeders in these zones. Sneaky huh.

Comment (10/2002): Yes, I agree, I have seen these cops sitting behind the sign on the overpass while cops in cars and motorbikes give out the tickets. I used to live near that exit and they would be there at least once every 2 months

Comment (2/2003): This is usually Grand Prairie Police clocking trafic in the northbound lanes only. Arlington rarely works their side of 360 here.

Comment (2/2003): Definately should slow down before you pass Little Rd. And I-20 E.When you see Green oaks, and you haven't slowed down be prepared to get your wallet out. I've been given aswell as seen so many people given citations @ Kelly Elliot & I-20 exit

Comment (2/2003): I too have been a victim of radar on that stretch - while driving in the left lane maintaining speed with other traffic & feeling trapped in the lane & no opening to move to the middle lane, I was zapped by radar & told by the officer that "yes, it's an unsafe stretch that drivers run a risk of getting caught trapped in the rush of all of the speeding traffic & that just being at the front of the line as the slowest meant that I was the person stopped even though I was the slowest & not able to get into any other lane because I was trapped where I was." What is one to do when told "yes, you were the slowest, sorry you were afraid for your saftey & unable to get away from all of the other faster cars, even cars practically on your rear bumper, but too bad, somebody has to get the ticket & you just happened to be at the one in front."? Something seems/feels wrong about this picture?

Comment (2/2003): Those are actually Grande Prairie police and its the Post & Paddock overpass. Grande Prairie and Arlington seem to split 360 so your much more prone to get a ticket on the GP side (North Bound). Arlington police don't mess with 360 that much.

Comment (3/2004): I think the actual city that issues the citations is Grand Prairie. I was ticketed in this speedtrap while heading North on 360.

Comment (5/2004): on many occasions i have witnessed these speed traps and recently they are out more often than usual, around the Brown/Ave K exit, they stand on overpass. Then motorcycle cops in massive numbers give out citations. Really nasty so do watch your speed if you plan to travel miday on 360 north, Grand prarie coops are real narly....
