Azle Police set in the parking lot of Catfish O'harley's from 4:30a.m. until daylight with there lights out facing oncomming traffic entering Azle. This is an area where the driver is going downhill towadrs the radar. The only defence one might have is that the City limits of Azle ends at the barditch. They are out of there city limits while doing this.

Comment (2/2004): The fact that the unit is sitting out of it's city limits is not a defense. If the traffic offense is observed by an Azle Officer, being comitted in the City limits of Azle, the officer can take action and issue citations. The real defense is obey traffic laws, it is really not that difficult.

Azle police park side by side in the new black and white cars in take it home pizza parking lot off of hwy 199 and fm 730 north across from albertsons gas station and blockbuster video facing fm 730 and the other road that blockbuster and smart looks is located.

The speed limit is posted at 30mph. It is way too slow for this stretch of road. Azle police hide around corners and in the gate of the golf course.
