It starts at Oak Hills Dr. and stretches the lenght of Layton on HWy 89. I saw 4 motercycle cops up there on 6-2-04 around 5pm. It is always risky to speed up there but Layton has stepped up the enforcement lately. Be careful!

When heading north or south it is very common to see marked cars parked under the overpass. Sometimes they will be facing north and other times they will be facing south. There is a barricade running to middle of the freeway under that bridge, so I cant imagine they will tag you on both sides, I think it is one side or the other. I have never been pulled over here, so I can't say for sure how they work it, but there is not a lot of room to turn around. I am sure I have been clocked at 70 mph and not been pulled over.
