Officer will pick cars randomly and say you were going alot faster than you are. I was pulled over twice by the same cop. I was even more careful about my speed the second time. But he didnt want to listen to the truth

Comment (10/2006): We were traveling through Kane County on Hwy 89 and noticed cops sitting at the entrances to the small towns (Mt. Carmel, Orderville, Glendale) where the speed limit drops abruptly from 60 or 65 mph down to 40. Make sure you are doing 40 before you pass the sign entering the towns, the cops are right there.
