Police usually hide on west side of Hwy 89 just North of new overpass or under new underpass. Speed is posted at 40mph in construction zone speed before and after construction zone is at 50 mph. Police regularly sit there at early morning radaring North and South bound traffic.

Comment (7/2002): There's a new wrinkle. The freeway closes between 10PM and 5AM diverting traffic down the Farmington exit and around the construction site. In effect until 27 July. Problem is strict enforcement of all speed limits in the area with four or more cruisers.
