Cop sits perpendicular to the road, and waits, just far enough down and around the second hilly bend that you can't see him (it's the same guy every time-ESPECIALLY around the end of the month when they have to meet their quota). Go slowly (55-59 MPH) when pulling away from that light until you are past that first underpass. He'll pull you over for going anymore than 10 over. It's a highway for heaven's sake! Why is the speed limit 50??? I was going 73, but he only gave me a ticket for going 65...maybe because I'm a girl??

Comment (7/2003): Cops in Utah do not have Quotas except on DUI's.

Comment (7/2003): There is a Draper Police force again. It is no longer patrolled by the county. Be careful in Draper now, because instead of 1-2 officers on, now there are 3 at all times.

Comment (9/2003): There are two road constructions for more than one year: one before the Draper and the next one is after. Speed limit is 55. When I've been driving there every day, I seen a lot of people stopped by the police cars and !motorcycles! My Radar Detector detected the Laser (Trooper SUV, south of Draper, 10PM) once and X-Band warning (Trooper car, north of road construction, 9AM), but I see those guys all the time.
