Any speed over 60 in a posted 55 mile per hour zone will get you pulled over , usually by the local county police officer. Also DON'T cross the lines between the two lanes even accidentially you will get pulle dover for suspected DUI/DWI

Comment (9/2004): As of July 1, 2004 speeds have increased in some portions to 60mph and some to 65mph. Same rules apply

Comment (3/2005): Actually, the maximum limit is 60mph (at least from Burkeville to the Chesterfield County line), except in the Amelia area. It is the usual Virginia rubbish.
