It seems the tiny little town of Alberta has followed suit with South Hill and LaCrosse and their ticket writing gold rush. "Alberta Patrol" will be found lurking around the 14 mile marker. I make two weekly trips and have seen him about 50% of the time. late Sunday night seems to be a favorite, but it's probably wise to be watchful any time of day between 13 and 16 markers. So far, I've only seem him working Southbound.
