Just before and just after the exit there are U turns. The Staties like to sit at the one after, usually in pairs. Watch out going down the hill too, they might not be at the U turn because they already have people pulled over. I would say they show up there DAILY, usually in late morning and early afternoon. Lower than 75 and you should be safe.
