This is a favorite of WSP, if they are not in the Alger area 2 to 3 miles North they are here to Exit 232. I pass over the overpass daily and they are there a good 3 to 4 times weekly. This area is well hidden and they normally have 2 to 3 cars on the northbound and southbound ramps sitting. If they are not here they will be 2 miles south just south of the truck scales in the median cross over. Since I live in this area and I know of them I am aware they always sit there.
