State patril "hides" along the road in pull outs along the water.

Comment (6/2006): I have not had a speeding ticket for 30 years. I pulled onto 112 headed east. There were no other cars on the road and it was daylight and the weather was clear. I was trapped a few hundered yards later just where the road is posted at 55 mph for going 58 in an unmarked 40mph zone. It was my first trip to that area in 10 years. On the drive from Port Townsend past Sequim and Port Angeles toward 112 I found that area once beautiful is now overbuilt and crowded and has locals who drive very agressively. While 112 was very nice the combination of the ugly drive before you reach 112 and the nasty speed trap I will never go there again
