Particularly notorious police officer. Pullovers very common due to 25 MPH limit resulting from poor road planning, local private HS and numerous public primary schools.

Comment (11/2005): Clyde Hill and Medina have always had super-zealous patrol officers. NEVER travel more than a couple MPH over the 25 speed limit in these two towns.
