East and West bound on Highway 18 from the Maple Valley Highway (169) exit to SE 312th St. The troppers site on Motorcycles just over a hill so when you see them it's to late. Also on east bound the sit on the SE 312th on-ramp and radar/laser behind them. You can't see them at all if you are east bound. On any given day I see between 3-5 troopers in cars or on bikes.
