Hwy 83 goes from 55mph to 35mph as you enter the town's boundary. The road makes a sharp turn to the right (northbound), the 35 limit starts well before the curve. Officer parks on dirt road hidden by trees and clocks motorists leaving 55mph zone and entering the 35mph zone. Similar tactic used on the north end of town to pick up southbound motorists.
