Be Careful! One of the only times i've seen Appleton police use laser to catch speeders coming into downtown appleton, westbound over the college avenue bridge. As you come off the bridge, officer is either in a car, or i've seen him hidden behind a tree shooting laser at westbound cars. Car can typically be found on one of the cross streets sitting on the north side of the road.
