Dual lane highway from a posted 35 mph to a 45 mph, should be 55 as most Dual lane are , 11 bars in the area, within a 2.5 mile,very heavy DUI patrol,Fri,Sat,Sun.

Comment (3/2006): Not policed as heavy during morning or evening rush hour. I could on one hand the number of times I've seen someone pulled over during my years of commuting to the Charles Town area from Martinsburg.

Comment (5/2005): Heavy DUI purported effort. Reality shows police in this town target youth to use the proceeds upon themselves and part gets sent up the food chain making all authorities accepting of it.
