Between Lingle Wyoming and Hawk Springs Wyoming Highway 85 the speed limits are aggressively enforced especially through Torrington Wyoming.

Comment (3/2005): on interstates, they out to raise the daytime limit to 80 by default that we have the least population density in this state than any other state in the US.I-80 must have an 80 mph limit, that's for sure
