Comment (04/2008): The town name is mispelled. It is Encampment. It is a very small town. They only have one cop. The street has a major school crossing, well marked on it and a 90 degree turn going thru town. This town and Riverside are next to each other and Riverside has a major 3 way junction. You have to drive like crazy to speed here. If you do, they will nab you.
