County Road 36 two miles before intersecting with County Rd 11. This is going down the mountain and all of a sudden the speed limit drops to 30 miles per hour. There is no way to make it up that mountain at 30 mph and you can kill your brakes trying to go down it at 30. It is just short stretch of that road that is at that speed and it is strickly enforced. By the way it is the only stretch of that road that belongs to Pelham and not Chelsea. Highly enforced during daytime.

Comment (12/2002): I guess they raised enough money, because they raised the speed limit back to 45 for this section. 45 is the speed limit on any county road that is not posted, by the way.
