Police constanly monitor traffic with headlights off.

Comment (8/2003): Centerville cops also monitor Hwy. 59 at night, sitting off the ramp with their lights off. The officer that pulled me over did not have a radar gun and gave me a ticket by my own admission to speeding. Remember this one piece of advice concerning speeding tickets, if a cop asks you if you know how fast you were going say no and add that you were preoccupied watching traffic around you. No matter what, don't argue with the officer. He has a dangerous low paying job and has to give out tickets to keep the Mayor happy.
