Right after the Rail Road Crossing when traveling towards moorehead city from havelock is a measured vascar course. They hit me over the speedlimit, because i was being stupid and thought my radar detector would let me know if i was there. For this .15 mile course that measures ur time, the troopers will sit in the car lot on the left hand side.

Comment (10/2005): Yes and I would have to say that the section between Havelock and New Bern on Hwy 70 in Craven Co is just as bad especially on Friday afternoons and any given holiday
