On St Rd 70 east of Arcadia just past the State Prison are at least 3 FHP protrolling in the area and pulling as many as 10 speeders or more a day in the area.I watched as many as 4 in an hour and seen 12 speeders in an 8 hour day.Its a very rural area ,nothing but pasture land and speed limit is 60 mph and no residencancy for miles.The highway is a straight road connecting the West coast to the East coast and many travelers using the 2 lane route
