Downey Ave between Artesia Blvd and South Street on the west side traveling south is city of Long Beach. Downey Ave at Rose Street on the east side is city of Bellflower they border each other. Officer hides inside the island just south of rose street on Poppy on the west side. He is parked in the city of Long Beach and works out of the Lakewood Sheriff office for Bellflower Traffic control. However on the ticket he states you are on Downey/Rose We also see Long Beach Officers on the other side of street using this same location to trap people we where were doing 39 in a 35 and the officer stated we were doing appox 56. He has been at this location for many years and I have lived 2 streets from there for 58 years. He try\'s to cover himself by writting a cross street making it look like it is bellflower. This Officer is one of the same that sits on Lakewood Blvd and up to alondra street in Bellflower
